DESIGN A CHARACTER - RULES AND SPECS

Part One - Design a character

Designing a character is not simply drawing a picture; it’s also about describing that character’s attributes, quirks and personality.  In fact, the description is far more important than the visual aspects because only with a clear idea of how a character behaves and thinks can they truly come alive.

The character design should therefore consist of two parts – a sketch and a clear description of their personality.  Read the rules, complete your entry and send it in.

Part Two – Voting

The top entries will be chosen by the Juniper Games judging panel and each of those characters will be re-drawn by Steve Ince to fit with the style of the game and to make the voting an even playing field.  The creators of the top entries will each receive a signed print of their character.

These top entries will then be displayed on the Juniper Games website with voting taking place through the community forums.  Everyone will be able to vote, so even if you didn’t enter part one you can still have your say in which character you think should be the winner.
